The product is great as to why I decided to order it again I first try them out a while ago and I had some issues with the delivery but I made the choice to give them another try and this time it was worst the packaging wasnt good its was extremely late the communication was horrible I would send out multiple of emails about the shipping and never got a response then when I finally do receive it I get the wrong order I order two items and they sent me one item that I didnt order then I sent a picture attached to the email and I actually get a reply back and its from someone named rashawn iPhone stating they apologize for the mistake and can send me a refund but I said I rather the product and I was told thats ok that it was going to be shipped out after the hoilday and im still waiting ! No tracking number No product No reply to my emails

I bought this for my daughter when she was around 3 months old due to hair loss, and it didn't work at the time.. Because she still had so much cradle cap. We had to get a dermatologist approved shampoo to get rid of her cradle cap, once it was gone we reapplied the oil.. And it hasn't even been a month. First photo is April 8th vs now.. She lost a lot of hair but its growing back thanks to this product!

The oil is working really well on my baby girl’s hair. Her bald patch on the back of her hair is starting to fill in. I can see growth since I started using it. I’m ordering another bottle and looking forward to see her hair grow even more. The only disappointing thing is that I actually ordered a 4oz bottle but received a 2oz bottle instead. Hopefully my next order will be the correct size bottle. 😊

Don’t get me wrong I was very very cautious because I tried everything but nothing worked and some reviews be lies but I gave her products a shot and when I tell you I AM NOT DISAPPOINTED I SEE SO MUCH GROWTH WITHIN A WEEK!!! A WEEK. I’ll be back
